Tundra the Wolf
Today we went to the auditorium to see the wolf. The wolf's name was Tundra. She was big and she is a girl. We looked at the pictures of Tundra when she was small and when she was big . The owner was talking all about Tundra. Some kids walked all around for us to see the pictures. One was the wolves in a pack and one was when Tundra was small. The owner brought the wolf inside the auditorium and the owner let us feel the wolf. It felt soft and cold and the fur was thick to get her warm. The owner said wolves like to be up high. Tundra went up on the stage three times. The owner put a ball at the left side and food at the right side . My leg was getting tired. This is the best day of my life.
All About Soil
Yesterday a scientist came to our class. We learned about water, air, sun and soil. Then the scientist let us touch worms. The scientist
blew air at Ms.Quon. Ms.Quon can feel it and you can see the air that is blowing her hair. The scientist blew air at the whole class. She told us to close our eyes because it had dust.

Remembrance Day
On Remembrance Day we made peace pictures. We showed the whole entire school. Then we sang some songs. The songs were called "Peace must be our goal", "One dream", "Poppies bloom forever" and "I reach my hand. Then some body called division 14 and two kids in our class said ''good morning''. They said their names. They said "we hope you enjoy the clip''. Then we showed the clip. The audience thought the clip was splendid.

The View
Yesterday we went to Grouse Mountain. First Christina gave us the tickets to go on the skyride. My favourite one was that. When we went up I was so scared because we were going to be super high.
We could see the city from there. When we were up there we felt a little bump. And there were cables hanging from the top. When we went down our ears hurt. Then Christina gave us the tichets to keep forever for a souvenir. I wish I can go again.
Yesterday we went to Grouse Mountain. I got a ticket and went up the mountain. I saw trees, and rocks. I saw a yellow tree. The tree was small. I saw clouds in the sky. We saw wolves- Beta, Omega, and Alpha. The wolves were in the forest. The city was small because we were soo high. The trees were yellow and green. I felt happy on the skyride. When I went up the people in the skyride were chatting very loud. I sat down but everybody else was standing up. It was fast. It was moving and bumping. I was brave. I LOVED the trip.

The Bears
and the Bear's names are Grinder and Coola. Coola is bigger than Grinder and Coola has darker fur than Grinder. That is how you
can tell them apart. They are about to hibernate in their den. They sleep and sleep until spring. The Bears find branches to make their bed. The Bears don't get hurt because their fur is so thick. They have a camera inside the den to show what they are doing when they are sleeping. After I was exhausted, and I could hardly walk. But I still liked it.
Here is another story about the bears...
Yesterday we went to Grouse Mountain to see the bears. Christina gave all the kids tickets Coola is bigger than Grinder. And
Grinder always is bossy. Coola is darker than Grinder. And there was food on the ground. Coola ate some apples. I could tell who
is was Coola because Coola had a wet bottom but Grinder is not.
I wish that Grinder was bigger. I feel sad because they are not
going free.
Yesterday we went to GrouseMountain to learn about grizzly bears. My favorite part is the skyride thingy. It goes up if you stand in it. I saw the city and one wolf on the ground. The trees were coverd with snow. We bumped when we landed. We went to the bear den to see Coola the bear and Grinder the bear. Coola went out of the bear den first and then Grinder went out. Coola pooed a little bit on the rock. Grinder was looking for a apple. Also, Coola was eating a bitten up carrot. Coola and Grinder went to the other side of the den. Coola was going to us. He wanted to play with us. I was amazed with Coola. Coola was light brown Grinder was black. I did not see the bears before. I liked the field trip.
more about the bears...
Yesterday we saw Coola and Grinder. My partner was beside me.When I was looking at the bears I was beside my real best friend.Coola is small.Grinder is big. Coola and Grinders colours are brown.Grinder and coola sleep in a den.It is called hibernating.Grinder and coola sleep for 3 months.

Grouse Mountain skyride
Yesterday our class went to Grouse Mountain. When we got there we went inside the skyride. Then when we got in there it was getting higher and higher and I could see Vancouver. I was scared of somthing that is very high. And I saw so many buildings. I saw trees and so little snow. And I saw one Mountain. It seemed very very cold over there and icy over there. I wonder if there was any one there? It was cold and windy. I felt happy because it was my first time at Grouse Mountain.
and another story...
At 8:30am we left school to go to Grouse Mountain. When we were there we got tickets to go on the skyride. Then when we went to the skyride the doors closed and we started going up. Everything looked normal at the very beginning. But when we got higher it looked like I could pick up buildings and crush them. When we were even higher I saw humungous trees and mountains. Vancouver looked like a tiny toy to me because we were so high. It seemed that I was one hundred thousand feet high. I thought I could touch a giant tree. It was fantastic.
