The Tug boats

Today on Dec  the 9th we made some Tug Boats.  The whole class loved it.   We hammered the  nails into the Tug Boats.    It was EXTREMELY   noisy!  For decorations  we  got tinsel and  we  coloured it.     I was happy making it.

THE TUGBOAT

Today I  made a tugboat.  His name is Gundam.  I made the tugboat.  Then  I made the star last.  I made it out of wood.  It was easy and it was hard.   Do you see my tugboat?

The elephant's Christmas

Today Ken from BLG read us a book.  The title was called Elmer's Christmas.  The adult elephants told Elmer to take the little elephants to the forest so the adult elephants can wrap the presents peacefully and so Elmer can pick a regular tree.  But a moose said "Let the young elephants see Papa Red tomorrow but keep them hidden".  Finally Elmer found the perfect tree.  It was night time.  Elmer took the tree home with the little elephants.  The day after, there was still lots of things to do like... decorate the tree.  We liked the story and we hope you like it too.

On December the sixth we got hoodies because someone had a lot of hoodies.  So someone had such a big heart and so they bring our school some hoodies.  It was  so nice because it was a  christmas color. We had eleven people wearing  red hoodies there was two gray ones there was one black one and there are five blue ones only.  When it was recess there was a lot of people wearing red hoodies and the principal took a picture.  I think the picture was very, very nice.  Can you guess who the people are?

Gingerbread!

Last   Friday   we  made  gingerbread   families  for   Christmas.  It   was    very    fun  making   the gingerbread   families. Everyone  got  to  have  one  more  to  eat  or  to  put  in  the  gingerbread  family.  We   had  candy  to  use to decorate  the gingerbread  families.  We had  to   not  eat  the candies.  You could come to our class to see the gingerbread families and you can smell it.We hope  you like the gingerbread families!

More gingerbread!

Today we made gingerbread men.  Some of the kids did a fence around their gingerbread men.  They used pretzels to make the fence.  We also decorated our Christmas trees.  Our trees smelt yummy.  My gingerbread man had rocket eyes.  Our gingerbread  men looked  like I am going to eat them!  It was fun making them.  Our gingerbread men are in front of our door.  Come and see.  They smell yummy!
