Randy Riley's Really Big Hit
Once there was a boy called Randy Riley. He was at the park playing Baseball. He was very bad at playing Baseball because he did not practice. Then he went home on his bike because he did not like it. He was playing in his room pretending that his robots were playing baseball with him. Then he discovered that a
meteorite was heading their way. Then the next morning Riley got up bright and early and built a robot. His mother and father heard the news on the radio and spilt their breakfast. The robot went down the street and ripped the chimney off a building, whacked the Meteorite, ka-boom back into space. Then all the people in town were thankful for Riley and his robot.

Easter in the classroom
About 2 weeks ago we made our Easter baskets and we planted grass. Ms.Quon gave us a cup to stick pieces of paper on it. We have planted our grass for a long time. Look how big it is now! It is going to be good. The stuff in our baskets are: Marshmallow peeps, Easter eggs, chocolate eggs and chocolate bunnies. Ms.Quon put them there. I think the children are going to love it. Do you think?

Growing Chefs
Growing Chefs
Today our class is starting to plant food to eat .
Three chefs helped us planted peas, beans, lettuce, beets, arugula, radishes and shingiku . When we started growing chefs we were very excited! We were very excited because we got to plant a garden with food that we can eat! We had to poke a hole in the dirt so we can put a seed in. After we had to water it so it will grow! Our plants need time to grow. Also sun and fresh air like us. It is very fun to have a garden because you can grow food in it and eat it!

Our Easter Bunny Glyphs
Our class was learning about Easter glyphs. We got a piece of paper with Easter questions on it and the picture below is a key for our glyph. We are going to explain what a glyph is. A glyph is a picture that tells you something. We are using the key to show us how we're supposed to make our Easter bunny. On the piece of paper that says Bunny colour and on the top of the piece of paper it says white: bunny
grey: lamb
brown: chick
It means if you're favourite Easter animal is a bunny your bunny has to be white. If you can figure out the key you will know what everything else is. If you look at the bunnies and the key
